I hope you are doing well, we are just reaching out to you to let you know a bit about Leasing Alert. We are a boutique Property Management firm that handles properties for people in Los Angeles County. We are looking to build our brand with Real Estate Agents like yourself to build our businesses together.

We understand that there are many property management companies out there. Most of those company’s sell property to add to their bottom line. We do not sell Real Estate, and we will never sell and compete with you! We partner with agents, and if our tenants are looking to buy, we will refer back to you!

Leasing Alert opened their doors in April of 2021, but I have been managing properties for over five years. In those five years managing 50 plus units, I learned that property owners are usually very busy with their day-to-day business. They don’t have time to deal with the hassles of tenants, potential tenants, and property issues. I learned to do all of the research and give the owner all the options to make a good decision.

Your clients will be working directly with me, and I will make sure they have the best experience an owner can have. I will treat them like they are my only client, and I will treat their properties like my own. I pay close attention to detail, and I have a good business mind. I am proactive, responsive, and strict. I will do my best to keep vacancies down, rents up, and I will be hands-on. I am looking to build long-term relationships with people who want to enjoy their lives and not worry about their Real Estate Investments. When leases come up, I will email them the comparable rentals and what I think the property would rent for in the current market. If your property needs repairs, I will let them know, show them photos, and see what work they want to do. Our prices are extremely competitive, and our service is unmatched.

We also have a referral program where we give 25% of the 1st year’s commission to the referring agent on a rental listing. Every client referred to us will be matched up in our software to the agent that refers them, and if the owner decides to sell, you will be our first call!
