You handle the sale. We handle the rental. Your client stays yours, and we put that in writing.
Earn 25% of our first-year management fee when you refer a full-service owner, paid to your broker after the tenant moves in and we collect our first management fee.
Example: A home renting for $4,500/month at a 6% management fee = $270/month, $3,240 in year one. Your referral: $810.
Tenant Placement Only referrals: a flat $300, paid after the tenant moves in and we collect the placement fee.
Management referrals are based on management fees only; leasing, placement and other fees are not included. Paid through your employing broker per Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §10137.

Fine Print
Referral fees are paid only to the referring agent’s employing broker (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §10137). Full-service: 25% of estimated first-year management fees, paid after move-in and first management fee; if management ends within 12 months, the unearned portion is refunded or offset. Placement Only: $300 after move-in and placement fee. A placement client who switches to full management within 12 months earns the 25% less the $300 already paid.
